Induction sealing liners are essential components in ensuring the integrity and freshness of packaged products. To maintain their optimal performance, it is crucial to adhere to proper usage and storage practices. Typically, we recommend using these liners within one year of manufacture. Prolonged storage beyond this period can compromise the quality of the liners due to environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and storage conditions.
To ensure the optimal performance and longevity of induction sealing liners, please adhere to the following storage and handling guidelines:
- Seal the Packaging Properly: Always keep the original packaging tightly sealed. Prolonged exposure to air may lead to the separation of the aluminum foil and cardboard layers due to fluctuations in humidity.
- Timely Packaging After Assembly: Once the liners are inserted into caps, promptly pack the assembled caps into sealed plastic bags to protect them from environmental factors. Store the packed caps in a controlled environment to maintain their integrity.
- Avoid Direct Sunlight: Store the liners and assembled caps in a cool, dry place, shielded from direct sunlight. Exposure to UV rays and excessive heat can compromise the material properties and performance of the liners.
- Observe Shelf Life: For optimal performance, use the liners within 12 months of the manufacturing date. Prolonged storage beyond this period may result in material degradation, including delamination or deformation, which can affect sealing efficiency.
